Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is this plank also available with a tatami finish?
The manufacturer's configurator offers both smooth and tatami finishes, but the English page text only mentions "smooth." We'll confirm which version is actually available before you place your order.
Does the beam slide across the gym floor?
The manufacturer does not provide any information about the underside. Until this is clarified, we recommend using it on a mat; we will inquire about the slip resistance for you.
Was bedeutet EN 12503?
EN 12503 ist die europäische Norm für Sportmatten. Der Hersteller gibt an, dass der Balken ihr entspricht.
Is there a warranty on the balance beam?
The manufacturer does not provide a warranty for the balance beam—unlike for the Flexi-Roll roll goods, which come with a 5-year warranty subject to certain conditions. We’re inquiring whether this warranty applies here as well.
